Anna’s World 2012

Human being is formed by his traces which he left behind during his life. The traces required to exist grasp and wrap up human being. They gradually unite him to a body suitable for himself.  The trace, which he supposed that he dug himself, are usually work of meetings in life. Intiution plays much more role than knowledge in these meetings.  While human being is going ahead through the intuition, knowledge pranks up, develops, supports and strengthens him. At the same time, this is the process of self acknowledgement and self realization of human being. Production and creativeness are the most important indicators of the process of self acknowledgement.

Art has always been important  in the way of perception of the deep meaning of existence. Work of arts testify the age and artist’s world who creates it.

The work of arts, which Anna Daria Merska produced with her deep sensibility, present this testimony to us. We see deep eddies in her own world and quiet order with “Inner sun” serial that she has discussed lately. In her works, a sun appearing in the corridor at the end of a meaningful caos welcomes us. That sun warms our inside with its shine and announces us a wise hope, and bliss.

In the pictural fields which seem like they were obtained accidentally, we can find the trace of meetings in life. We sometimes leave ourselves to the way of intuition, another time we proceed on our way  by producing little but meaningful decisions. Effects obtained with colours, tissues and paint protuberances give us a delight of play. In the midst of transitional colours, observer does not have difficulty to enter a world belonging to himself.  The observer joins Anna’s world in the presence of painting and becomes a part of her excitement. They enjoy with their journey in the world of colour and tissue which a plastic phantasy created.

Unique printing techniques and “double” work of arts, which she produced by making various interferences,  are not basically “diptych”. It is necessary to see these works as mirrors that help to understand the life and make it visible. These are indifferent from isogeneic fraternal twins. They are parts of each other. They  exist with each other. One depicts the other and give the meaning of it. These are projections of the life and human being.

The artist’s new period “The Touch” serial paintings, can be comprehended as sequel of “Inner sun” serial. We come across a mystic and deep world which effects human being in this inner see in which emotions go around naked by freeing from the effect of colour. In the background, a mysterious music accompanied by plastic space, harmony surround  us and absorb us to the world which  the artist created.

We observe the traces of original colour concept at  Anna’s prime works and  her interpretations of landscapes,  flowers and trees dedicated to nature. Colour fields including contrast and sensitive dye layer are precursor of next periods. The nature is the source of inspiration of the artist. Emotion gradually refined via entities of nature emerges on the surface of painting and by producing its own oxygen it take the observer in its own deep aura in which pure, meaningful colours are embellished, spirit and hope enliven.
